Application Review

Submission: Start by submitting your application through our career page. Ensure your resume and any additional information, such as a cover letter or portfolio, are up to date. Review: Our HR team reviews each application to assess the alignment between your skills, experience, and the role’s requirements. Communication: If your application aligns with our needs, we will contact you to inform you about the next steps.

Initial Interview

Purpose: This is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your experience, skills, and what you're looking for in your next role. Format: Typically conducted via phone or video call. Duration: Usually 30-45 minutes.

Technical Assessment (if applicable)

Objective: For certain positions, particularly technical roles, we may ask you to complete a task or test to assess your practical skills. Guidance: Full instructions will be provided, and you’ll have a set time frame to complete this step.

In-Depth Interview

Focus: Deep dive into your professional experience, problem-solving abilities, and alignment with SysArt’s values. Team Interaction: You may meet with future team members, managers, or other SysArt staff. Format: In-person at one of our offices or via a video call. Duration: Typically 1-2 hours.

Final Questions: Opportunity for you to ask any remaining questions about the role, team, or company. Next Steps: Discussion about potential start dates, salary expectations, and other onboarding details.

Offer and Onboarding

Offer: If it’s a match, we’ll extend an official job offer, outlining the terms of employment. Onboarding: Upon acceptance, our HR team will guide you through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role at SysArt.
