Mertcan is Operational Specialist of SysArt. He is a patient, organized and determined engineer. Scrum and DevOps are among his interests. He is a good problem solver and an excellent teammate. He has undertaken duties such as the Communications Society Turkey Student Representative in the past. He is a member of the Communications Society Steering Committee and the Social Media Coordinator and WebMaster of the IEEE Turkey Section.

Then he worked for companies such as Meteksan Sistem, Koç Sistem, Vakıfbank IT and Intertech in different roles like ‘Account Manager’, ‘Software Engineer’, ‘R&D Engineer’, ‘Project Manager’, ‘Scrum Master’, Agile Coach’, ‘Agile/Scrum/Kanban Trainer’. He tries to make contributions to the development of the sector together with Pmi Turkey, Agile Kanban Istanbul in which he takes part as a volunteer, and Agile Society Turkey of which he is a founding member.
