The main issue you need to focus on is how the information flows within the organization, more specifically workflows, communication structure, reporting paths, roles, responsibilities and accountabilities. The whole organization includes components, forces, constraints, connections, functions and delays between them. You need to establish a lean system considering all of them.

It is not about the names you give to the roles, there is no point in calling teams “squads” or any other sexy name.
