He is a consultant specializing in digital transformation, business management, change management, business operations, agile transformation, project, product and portfolio management with PhD degree in Management Engineering.

He has supported several agile transformation journeys and managed medium-budget software projects in Ericsson, Turkcell and Global Bilgi, led an enterprise level cultural and agile transformation journey in Softtech and İşbank. He has acted as a Change Agent and Solution Train Engineer, and lead large scale agile transformation in BSH Home Appliances.

Combining these various experiences, he brings them to help enterprises to craft better systems, enabling higher performing organizations. He is also an experienced trainer with academic background, holding various certificates such as SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), along with several Scrum.org certificates, allowing him to customize training content based on enterprise needs.

Being results oriented, he is a type of consultant that never hesitates to get his hands dirty, loves working with numbers and believes in the value of statistical analysis to reach tangible outcomes.
