Dr. Işıl Keskin Şahan

After receiving a scholarship, Ms Şahan completed a postgraduate Executive MBA (EMBA) in London and then continued her doctoral studies in communication sciences. Since 2005, she has conducted leadership empowerment projects with well-known international and national companies and financial institutions. The beneficiaries of these projects have reached around 15,000 people in 16 countries and 34 different cultures.

Mertcan is SysArt’s Operations Specialist. He is a patient, organised and determined engineer. His interests include Scrum and DevOps. He is a Registered Scrum Master and Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner. He is a good problem solver and an excellent teammate. In the past he has taken on roles such as Communications Society Turkey Student Representative. He is a member of the Communications Society Steering Committee and the Social Media Coordinator and Webmaster of the IEEE Turkey Section.

He had started his professional career at Nokia Networks as a ‘Cell Tracker’ in 3rd operator network planning. Then he worked for companies such as Meteksan Sistem, Koç Sistem, Vakıfbank IT and Intertech in different roles like ‘Account Manager’, ‘Software Engineer’, ‘R&D Engineer’, ‘Project Manager’, ‘Scrum Master’, Agile Coach’, ‘Agile/Scrum/Kanban Trainer’. He tries to make contributions to the development of the sector together with Pmi Turkey, Agile Kanban Istanbul in which he takes part as a volunteer, and Agile Society Turkey of which he is a founding member.
